Located in Baie-du-Febvre, Québec, Mécanique TSD specializes in heavy machinerie repair and maintenance. The company approached Jim for the creation of their brand image. The final result is a modern logo that is clean and depictive of the mechanic’s business.
Shapes, Colors and Typography
A reminder of the heaviness of the vehicles, the massive typography makes the brand image striking and memorable. The bold sans-serif font illustrates the robustness and modernism of the company.
A universal symbol of the mechanic industry, the wrench icon makes the company services easily identifiable. The typography over the pictogram vaguely resembles the hand of a mechanic holding a wrench.
Vibrant green and metallic grey were combined to reflect how dynamic and reliable the company is, giving us a raw yet polished brand image.
